Session Registration
Please note that this registration form is just to notify us of your intent to sign up. We will get back to you with confirmation and placement information.
Placement is first-come, first serve. If the session that you registered for is full and there is availability in another session, you will be notified and have the chance to register for that one.
Reminder: Registering does not guarantee a spot. You will be notified soon after registration with placement info. We truly wish we could offer everyone a spot, but increasing the table size to accommodate more players dampens the experience.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel before the first scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to provide a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and whether we are able to fill your child's spot. Once the program has begun, registration fees are non-refundable, including for missed sessions or withdrawals during the program. Because our groups are intentionally small, your registration reserves a spot specifically for your child for the full program. Please see our Program Policies for complete details.
